ok so last night i had a dream about myself as an adult,working in a tall office building.of course im only 16 right now.anyways there was a janitor guy that worked on my floor.so he was doing his job on our floor.as he was finishing he was going to be heading back downstairs or on to the next floor.so there was a broken elevator on our floor and nobody knew about it.i didnt even know about it.when i mean broken i mean that (when you walk in an elevator there is always that little crack that separates the floor level and the elevator).well that space was about a few feet off.and the janitor guy was about to jump into the elevator.and so he did.but some how he like fell into the crack but he held on.then someone decided they wanted to come upstairs on the bottom floor.and then the elevator started to move(usually there are big,heavy steel doors that close too)but they were not closing at all.they were still open.so the janitor guy apparently was hanging about a few feet in the air of the elevator tunnel.and his legs were being crushed as the elevator was trying to move down.and he was screaming for his life.now im afraid to go onto an elevator.and you know whats the weird part usually i have these dreams where a would always try to jump across that little elevator crack then i end up falling in.ALL THE TIME!!i sometimes have those dreams where i fall off of cliffs or buildings or just falling out of the sky.but this time i saw it happen to someone else.I DONT KNOW WHAT THIS DREAM MEANS BUT I NEED HELP!!!!!

Aruba Hotel Dilemma?

Hello my husband and I are planning a trip to Aruba this August. We picked it because it is outside the hurricane belt in the ABC islands. I do not know much about Aruba but have booked two hotels and am wondering which is the best fit for us. We like upscale and mellow hotels. We are extensive travelers who have stayed at some of the finest hotels, but we also love hotels with local charm. We love Small Inns and B&B's as well at the Ritz. The first hotel I booked is the Westin Aruba. We are platinum members of Starwood hotels, so we often get upgraded and treated well at their properties. But I am worried this place is too spring break an won’t have the peace and quiet we are looking for. But it does look nice. I also booked the Golden Tulip Resort Bucuti -Tara Suites & Spa. This is a smaller European style boutique hotel with great reviews on trip advisor. The westin is on Palm beach and the Bucuti is on Eagle beach. Any advice on which to pick would be great. Thanks!

You very well could be dyslexic. The symptoms you describe fit the diagnoses. First of all, don't worry about what others do. How long it takes you to do something versus how long it takes them. It just doesn't matter. Concentrate on yourself. If you write things backwards, but notice it right away shows you are compensating for your mistakes. Reading out loud is a good way to make sense of what you read. Also, when doing something talk yourself through it - also aloud. It doesn't surprise me that you take a long time on quizzes, but there is nothing wrong with that. The race isn't to the swift, it is to those that get it right. It is also not unusual for dyslexics to have problems with math. It is very important to be as organized as you can be. Use colored folders - one color for each subject. Make sure you put everything away right away. Ever hear of the saying "A place for everything and everything in its place?" That is especially important for dyslexics! Decide on a place for important things and then always put them in that spot. Even to the point of putting tape on the table/desk/whatever in the shape of the item. It helps as a reminder of where it goes. It is so important that you always put things where they belong right away. Don't be afraid to ask questions. What you don't know may be what others need to know either. It probably isn't common knowledge. Ask what you need to ask. I don't think the motion-sickness and headaches are related to dyslexia, but I am not a doctor. And yes, I am dyslexic and have learned to compensate for my "disability" and so can you. I am also a recently retired special ed teacher.

I have a vintage city bike I use for commuting and I need to find a solution for storing it over winter. I know they are. Recently I have had found something rather interesting. There DNA has some issues. They both have superstar potentials. Tracy proved himself when he averaged 33 points with Orlando one year. Vince proved himself when he averaged 29 with Nets one year. Both of them are very good jumpers/dunkers/inside scorers, and can do fancy stuff and even shoot. But all they do is shoot perimeter shots, and they seem to only score 17-22 points a night. Yellow or clear and probably a bit foamy is nothing to worry about, especially only every month or two. If it happened 4 times a week I'd check with the vet. Just about every dog does it once in a while. It often happens when a dog gets excited on an empty stomach, and sometimes if they've eaten gr. No big deal.

I would go back and talk to the pharmacist again honestly. Even though they know you are pregnant, I would show them the paper that says do not use if pregnant and see if they explain why. Sometimes it's a matter of it can't be used in the first trimester, but it can later on or something. And so they just want you to contact your doctor before taking it just in case. How to get rid of cold sores?

I have cold sores and they're really painful at the moment. They're inside my mouth though, on my cheeks and behind my lip. Don't say they're canker sores or mouth ulcers because they're not. What I feel as verbal abuse in the workplace...?

I work as a lpn/lvn here in California. At my work, what is considered as a Staff Developer is another lvn like myself. However, this person is what you can consider unprofessional and rude when it comes to her job and her staff. When someone makes a simple mistake, she literally becomes this evil person and starts yelling at "certain" staff myself included. The way she talks to us would make you feel belittle and would make you feel incompetent. The worst thing is that she would do this in front of the residents/patients and in front of other staff instead of pulling us aside in a closed room. Now when I go to work, I fear that I would be yelled at for things I did not do wrong. How can a person focus on work when you have someone yelling at you making you feel incompetent? Another thing is that the head Administrators are aware of her doings and their response to us is that "they would talk to her". But nothing has changed with her personality. She is unapproachable when we would ask her for things or request for special days. When you would try to approach her, she sends this aura that she does not want to hear about it and don't care. Would this be considered verbal abuse in California labor laws and if so can I and my other co-workers have a case against her wrong doings. I have been keeping a journal witnesses included every time she would har me. Can this journal stand as a legal proof???? I need help because I'm tired of putting up with her personality and I don't want to look for another job because I like my residents/patients too much and my other co-workers are great. The only problem is her. Why would I run away from her and have her continue with her abusive personality??? I'm not only doing this for myself and my other co-workers but also for the future workers of the company.

My laptop made a strange sound?

A few mornings ago, my laptop made a loud sound like a clicking noise. It sounded like it was coming from where the fan is located and lasted only a few seconds. I know sounds like this are usually indicative of impending hard drive failure, but it hasn't happened since and the computer is operating completely normal. I've updated my backups just to be on the safe side, but what could this mean? Should I be looking into purchasing a new laptop or am I worrying over nothing? It started at the tendons at my toes, and I got that from our coaches severely over training us in our distance running. The injury occurred in the middle of April, and at first we thought it was a stress fracture. It should be healed by now, and I haven't done any running at all, but now the injury is in both my feet and is now in my arches and achilles tendons. I went to physical therapy, but all they did was give me foot pads and told me not to run any more. The pain has gotten worse. What could be wrong?

I don't know if this question has been asked or not, so sorry if it has. But should the government really pay to rebuild New Orleans, a city that was built below sea level. First let me say that I have personally donated money to the cause, so I am in no way trying to take away from the suffering invoked upon these people, however, will trillions of dollars in government debt, should the government rebuild a city that is destined by its location to at some point fail again due to nature. Would the money not be better spent to relocate these people, as sad as it is for them to loose their homes and memories, essentially everything, should we the people set them up for the same scenario?

Underage drinking charge?

How do you get a car out of ice?

It's not really entrenched or anything, just the tires are sitting on a big mound of ice and when I try to move it just spins the tires. I don't have anything to break ice with and will try to find some ice melt tonight. Also, it just started doing this thing when I tried to get it out where you turn it on and it constantly revs the engine even tho I'm not giving it any gas. If I put it in drive or reverse it spins the tires at about 1500-2000 rpm's, so I think this could be effecting the traction too, like it's not able to get a good grip in between spinning the tires. HELP with name of recent musical group guest on one of the late night talk shows?

Within the past 4-6 weeks, this group was on one of the late night talk shows. NOT Jay Leno, they were on David Letterman, Conan, or Craig Ferguson, and they did a song I can't get out of my head, clearly reggae influenced where the lead singer kept repeating "Shake Shake Shake" many times throughout the song, which was very catchy. They were a really odd mixture of guys, each one very unique in dress style and overall appearance. I have pword encryption on my 500GB Freecom Toughdrive, and it's never been a problem before now. Each time I've always gotten the pword right. I hadn't used it for a bit, and was going to put more stuff on it today. So I plug it in, guess my pword as usual, and it comes up "Cannot configure your hard drive. Please check your pword". I have ended up writing about 50 possible pwords, and it says this for each one. Given that I always get it right, I'm figuring that my pword isn't incorrect, something else is. What might be causing this? I KNOW my password's right, unless it's mysteriously been changed somehow.

Friends of ours recently bought the house next to us. We love them dearly but we don't want to hang out everyday. How far does exhaust from a window A/C travel?

We live in a condo and have window A/C units. The people who live above us claim that the exhaust from the window unit is problematic to them. They do not have windows open around where our unit is, so I don't understand how the exhaust could be a problem for them. well chances are that you have some talent whatsoever, given how you got the lead. How do you know you're in the top 5 percent of drama and english students in the country? i didn't know they kept track ofthat kinda stuff unless you're not in the US. anyhow, its very possible, but I will let you know that both of the careers you aspire to are very difficult ones that are not very sure. You could have a book published, but it might not make much money. I have many friends who are writers and actors who often have trouble making ends meet, but its worth it for alot of them who are simply glad to be doing what they love. As for your novels, I think its great that youre already started, but even if your writing level is extremely mature, it may be difficult for you to sell any because you don't think or have the same experiences as adults, who would therefore be less likely to read your books. I reccomend that you keep writing and in 2 or 3 years try to get some of your books published. I will only now take my hypertension medication and an occasional pain reliever. I had a sister in law that did not feel that she needed to take her seizure medication because she had been seizure free for 16+ years and she ended up dying from status epilepiticus at the age of 31. I feel that I am confident in my physician's prescription and know that if I am not on a maintenance medication for my hypertension I would be adding more stress to my heart and kidneys which will ultimately kill me a lot faster than an occasional headache from taking my medication.

Fluorescent mercury bulb blew up in my face....??

Hey so there is mercury in fluorescent lights... one fell down and blew up next to me and a cloud of white dust formed and i may have inhaled some... any thoughts on how long i have to live...? or am i good to go?

Should i go braless, or would that be weird?

ok so i hate wearing a bra. i already braless sometimes depending on the place and i tottally love it because it feels comfy. im starting school and idk if i should go braless there because maybe some people might htink im weird . i have 32/34 Cs. they are really perky, and a little pointy. standing still it doesnt look like im not wearing a bra beacues of the shape. My father had a back injury when he was a young man. Every time he is in pain he use to drink a few drinks and that is all now he is drinking even more. He sometimes drinks so much he pes out. I no longer live with him, and I worry about him. He cooked me dinner yesterday and after dinner my husband and I was hanging out when he just ped out. 2 hours later he woke up and didn't understand we were over. When I told him he made dinner he informed me he doesn't cook and when he does cook he burns everything, yet he makes some of the best meals i have ever had. I am wondering if he might have Dementia, or the like... I have a doctor apt for him but it is three weeks away if ya'll can help please.

Modding/Customizing Electronic Cigarettes?

I was wondering if there was a way to keep the cartidge of the e-cigarette and customize it. By that, I mean, can I put "al fahker" (a flavored tobacco like that is used for the shisha/hookah smoking thing) . Think of this way, you haven't eaten much in a long time (I'm uming) and now you just ate a normal amount of food. That's a huge change! You need to gradually eat more and more everyday until you're able to eat normally. Start off small then gradually eat more. As for the body dismorphia issues, you need to accept that you aren't over weight and you need to look at other girls (like you did) and compare them to yourself, now do you see yourself as more normal? This is a psychological issue and the only way to fix it is for YOU to accept that you aren't overweight.

Why do I have no swelling ociated with my achilles tendinitis?

Yesterday, I woke up with my foot slightly hurting. As the day progressed, the pain became more and more intense. I ended up going to the hospital and the doctor diagnosed me with achilles tendinitis. I have no swelling and can't recall doing anything to hurt my foot. All I know is it hurts...BAD. The doctor wants me to follow up with a specialist. I just don't understand how I can have an injury that may require surgery with no visible swelling or bruising. Has anyone ever dealt with this before or know anything about it?

Yes you can switch back and forth. We use powdered formula at home and at the babysitters but use the ready to use formula when away from home. It's easier to handle than mixing up a bottle when we are out running around or visiting friends.

You will never lose weight if you eat like this, the exercise you do is slow paced and tbh most people walk that amount in a day so I would not really count it as strenuos physical exercise. Stop snacking, just have three set meals a day, breakfast sounds good as does lunch and dinner but the cheese is not necessary to add to rice and 4 slices of turkey???????? Thats not needed at all, cut out snacks, slices of turkey are processed and have loads of added ****, its not always calories that make you gain weight but added sugar which turns to fat if it is not burnt off. The food you eat is healthy but you are eating a little bit to much if you want to lose weight other than that it sounds balanced.
