My dog is throwing up yellow....is this bad ?

Yellow or clear and probably a bit foamy is nothing to worry about, especially only every month or two. If it happened 4 times a week I'd check with the vet. Just about every dog does it once in a while. It often happens when a dog gets excited on an empty stomach, and sometimes if they've eaten gr. No big deal.
