Modding/Customizing Electronic Cigarettes?

I was wondering if there was a way to keep the cartidge of the e-cigarette and customize it. By that, I mean, can I put "al fahker" (a flavored tobacco like that is used for the shisha/hookah smoking thing) . My boyfriend is arabian and we both have our own shisha kit and the g flavoring tobacco. Is it ok if we put a little of that into the e-cig cartidge whenits empty and put a little foil on top and smoke it? I am not sure if I made it clear enough but I hope someone understands what I am talking about. Thank you =)
