Was Hitler racist or just anti-semitic?

He was antisemitic. He wanted a scapegoat and choose to go after the most economically powerful group at the time. This led him to becoming antisemitic. He also hated other groups as well though, such as s and gypsies. That could make the point that he was a racist. Hitler was unpredictably and while he did try and align with other groups against america and Britain he probably would have then turned against his supporters in the hopes of fulfilling his dream of an all white world :-(
