Modest Mouse Fans: Dramamine and Ocean Breathes Salty?

Does anyone else notice the similarities in "Dramamine" and "Ocean Breathes Salty"? I love MM, but it sounds like they used the same riff in both of these songs kind of, they are both two of my favorites from them, so i'm not really complaining, just wanting to know if anyone else thinks they sound the same.
