I just got my cna license, aside from working at hospitals or nursing homes is there any other jobs i can have?

of course everyone in the medical field knows that a cna is just about the lowest you can be in a nursing field, well i dont want to exactly go for an LPN or RN license quite yet if not ever but i was curious if there is any other jobs or options to specialize in with only a cna license
