Cleveland: Internships for high-schooler interested in Medical/Surgical field?

I live in Cleveland, and I've always been interested in becoming a (re-constructive/plastic) surgeon. Is it possible for a high-schooler to be an intern for a Cleveland-area clinic? Are there summer programs or other programs that would be available? Thanks in advance:)
