Moving to melbourne :) Wondering about cost...?

Hey! I'm moving to Melbourne next year and can not wait!! I'm moving from the US and I know cost of living and salaries are very different. The goverment takes out a lot more taxes in Australia. So I was wondering how much I need to make to live over there. I'm a new grad with my masters in Occupational Therapy. Does anyone know how much an occupational therapist makes down under? It's about 60grand here. And just in general cost of living a month. I'm single, no kids, just supporting myself and going to be paying back school loans. Thanks for your help :)
