HELP with name of recent musical group guest on one of the late night talk shows?

Within the past 4-6 weeks, this group was on one of the late night talk shows. NOT Jay Leno, they were on David Letterman, Conan, or Craig Ferguson, and they did a song I can't get out of my head, clearly reggae influenced where the lead singer kept repeating "Shake Shake Shake" many times throughout the song, which was very catchy. They were a really odd mixture of guys, each one very unique in dress style and overall appearance. The two I remember best are the lead singer, who was a white guy with curly hair (kinda an afro) and sungles (I think I'm right about the gles), sort of "hippie-ish" looking. One of the other members (guitar or b player) they showed quite frequently was a very strange looking short haired guy with an odd expression and a really bright green long sleeve shirt with a shiny look to it (he kinda looked like he escaped from the Talking Heads or something, VERY dissimilar from the other guy I mentioned). WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE BAND AND THE SONG?!?!
