Where can you rent the cheapest limos or party busses?

for my 17th bday i wanna take all of my friends to club shampoo in philly. we live about 20-45 mins away and i dont think my friends parents wanna drive them there and back and my car isnt big enough. so i was thinking of renting a limo or one of those small party busses. id say there will be about 10-14 people. i wanna know the cheapest places to rent from. also do they charge extra to pick up each friend at their house or should we just all get picked up at my place? how much are drinks and stuff at shampoo??
