Is there a Qur'anic ayah that corresponds to the Biblical Romans 12:19 "...Vengeance is mine..."

There is an Ayah that says it is allowed that you restore your right, but there is neither harm nor gain in this. On the other hand, if you forgive the oppresor, that's good for you. I can't remember the exact words.
