Annorexia recovery help please?
Think of this way, you haven't eaten much in a long time (I'm uming) and now you just ate a normal amount of food. That's a huge change! You need to gradually eat more and more everyday until you're able to eat normally. Start off small then gradually eat more. As for the body dismorphia issues, you need to accept that you aren't over weight and you need to look at other girls (like you did) and compare them to yourself, now do you see yourself as more normal? This is a psychological issue and the only way to fix it is for YOU to accept that you aren't overweight.
