Is this way too much food?
You will never lose weight if you eat like this, the exercise you do is slow paced and tbh most people walk that amount in a day so I would not really count it as strenuos physical exercise. Stop snacking, just have three set meals a day, breakfast sounds good as does lunch and dinner but the cheese is not necessary to add to rice and 4 slices of turkey???????? Thats not needed at all, cut out snacks, slices of turkey are processed and have loads of added ****, its not always calories that make you gain weight but added sugar which turns to fat if it is not burnt off. The food you eat is healthy but you are eating a little bit to much if you want to lose weight other than that it sounds balanced.
