Question for cars experts.?

Ok I am looking on a car dealership, an I found a 1988 Firebird Pro-Am. Its in pretty good condition with new tires. It has about 75,000 miles, however its been sitting there for quite a while and its an 80's car, so not the most reliable things. So how much should I pay? Max and Minimum?
