Will the new health plan covers isted suicide but not cancer treatment?

If this plan goes thru , they will eventually decide who lives and who dies. A panel of experts will meet and decide who gets treatment and who does not to save the cost of Govt. run HC which is going to be enormous. This is already happening in Europe.
