How to get legal custady of a spec needs 18 year old?

I don't quite understand you question. Seems you are saying your daughter ran away and you found her... if that's the case i think you would need to have her noted as mentally unstable to where she cant care for her self. I am not sure the process but but i think you need to see a phychotrist for this kind of help.
