Svt cobra + 1967 mustang?

I have a 96 ford mustang cobra , i want to take the rear end out , the front disc breaks and everything to hook it up like rotors spindles calipers and arm joints and stuff , and suspension ..... will this transfer work on my 1967 mustang coupe ?
