West nile bees and 2 guard dogs....?

I have two guard dogs that live outside and this morning when woke up a swarm of bees were surrounding the hose outside and I am very scared that the have the west nile virus or are africanized both are deadly if stings.But I Absolutely do not have a hive in my back yard.And my neighbors dog was killed by a swarm of bees so I think it's his yard but what are we supposed to do.
