yu probably hv a crush on him..or maybe you think u do just cause evry1 pairs you up.its very easy 2 fall prey to people's thinking like you start thinking like them too.if any has feelings for you,it will be very obvious to you coz the person will definitely attempt to tell you his feelings.make the right choice.remember ur only 13 and u have a long way to go still...good luck..:)
