How do I Switch Custodial Parents?

I Am 14 Years Old. I live with my Dad During 3 month Summer Break I Have and A 2 Week Winter Break. I Live with my Mom every other part of the year. I Want my dad to have the Custodial Rights of my Mom switched Over to him. Please Tell Me all The Possible ways. My Dad Lives in NY and My Mom Lives In TX.
