Where to lodge complaint about baggage check?

I flew back to my school this weekend and during the security check one of my valued possessions was damaged by the security check ( I know because it was carefully packaged and there was a notice in my luggage saying the TSA had randomly checked my bag) and I was wondering where I could lodge a complaint about this. Thanks.
